May Day Bank Holiday Events
Our Weekend event went well, with our regulars well represented on both Saturday and Sunday afternoons.
This time we had Tomahawk , Knife and Horseshoe throwing on the field, with Target shooting on the "Range".
Our "targets" were variously Buffalo, traditional target and polystyrene spots which disintegrate when hit. The buffalo proved particularly hard to down, requiring 2 or even 3 hits to down them.
The results of these competitions were:-

If I were Kalamitty I'd steer clear of the kitchen at home!!
We also ran the regular "Fast Draw" Competitions, with the standard "6 & 3" together with the more unusual
styles which always cause some amusement with miss shots, bucket shots and even failure to fire on both sides, (mentioning no names!!).
